K J R Devbhoomi Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is a leading talent acquisition agency committed to providing effective recruitment solutions for our clients. By registering with our agency, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Registration & Validity

Registration with K J R Devbhoomi Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is mandatory to participate in interviews and avail recruitment services.
Registration is valid for 45 days, during which candidates are eligible to attend a maximum of three (3) interviews.
The company reserves the right to shortlist candidates for interviews based on eligibility and requirements.
Registration does not guarantee job placement, as it depends on the candidate's performance and skills.

Service Charges

After selection or upon receiving the joining letter, candidates are required to pay 7 days' salary of their first month as service charges.
Payment must be made within the stipulated period after selection or joining to ensure compliance.
If the candidate fails to make the payment within the specified time, they will be required to pay 15 days' salary of their first month as service charges upon receiving their first salary.

Refund Policy

All registration and service charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Interview Terms

Interviews will be conducted strictly according to the schedule and location provided.
Candidates must bring all necessary documents, including an appointment letter, academic certificates, and experience letters (if applicable).
Any travel or incidental expenses related to attending interviews are the candidate's responsibility.

Responsibility Clause

If a candidate is selected through K J R Devbhoomi Global Services Pvt. Ltd., they will be the employee of the hiring organization.
K J R Devbhoomi Global Services Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any disputes or issues between the candidate and the employer.

Registration Cancellation

The candidate remains inactive for over 45 days.
Failure to attend more than one (1) interview without prior notice.
Sharing or disclosing job or employer details to unauthorized parties.
Non-response to communication from the company.
Misconduct or inappropriate behavior with company staff.

Confidentiality Clause

Candidates must not disclose employer details, job vacancies, or related information shared by K J R Devbhoomi Global Services Pvt. Ltd. to third parties.
Violation of this rule may lead to cancellation of registration and legal action.

Code of Conduct for Candidates

Candidates are expected to behave professionally during interviews and interactions with employers.
Indecent or unprofessional behavior may result in immediate disqualification and cancellation of registration.

Data Usage Policy

By registering, candidates consent to the use of their personal information (contact details, resume, etc.) for recruitment, training, and counseling purposes.
This data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

Fee Dispute Resolution Clause

In case of disputes regarding service charges or payments, candidates must raise the issue in writing within 7 days of selection or joining.
The decision of K J R Devbhoomi Global Services Pvt. Ltd. will be final and binding.

Legal Action Clause

Failure to pay the service charges as per the agreed terms will result in legal action against the candidate.
Legal action may include recovering the outstanding amount through legal proceedings, including litigation, arbitration, or any other legal means deemed necessary by K J R Devbhoomi Global Services Pvt. Ltd.

Force Majeure Clause

K J R Devbhoomi Global Services Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for delays or disruptions in services caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.
